Portales and Roosevelt County Quality of Life: Neighborhoods

Portales offers safe and affordable housing in a variety of neighborhoods.   • Downtown Portales: The "ABC" Streets

  • High School Area

North of Third St./Highway 88 and around City park is an improving area of very affordable mid-century homes priced below $100k.

  • Oakwood Manor

Modest-sized homes which are within walking distance from the Eastern New Mexico University Campus.
